| A famous boxer wants his son to follow in his footsteps, but his son doesn't want to get punched in the face his whole life. So what does the father do? Throw a tantrum. The rest of the movie is one son, then another, feeling obliged to be a boxer. To me the premise of Apne just wasn't strong enough. And Dharmendra's acting seemed a little too over-the-top. I was really looking forward to this movie because I'm a huge Dharmendra fan and couldn't wait to see him acting with his two sons. But the focus on boxing (which I'm not really into) and the odd premise had me only thinking this was a good movie, not a great one. A good family drama for the entire family though, just not one you'll be talking about for long after. |

| Apne is made for whole family to watch. From Comedy to emotion and Perfomances was greatly shown on the Screen. Dharmendra was the man to watch as the story focused more on him. Other Casts performaces was from average to adequate. Highly Recommended. |
