Aman (Sanjay Dutt), a handicapped orphan is adopted by a kind-hearted couple (Kadar Khan and Reema Lagoo). Akash (Salman Khan) is a playboy. Aman writes poetry under the pseudonym, Sagar, which no one except his publisher is aware of. Pooja (Madhuri Dixit) is a fan of Sagar's poetry. Aman meets Pooja and comes to know about her deep admiration for the poet. Although he loves her, he fears that if she comes to know that Sagar is handicapped, she will reject him.
Akash meets Pooja and falls in love at first sight. Aman decides to sacrifice his love and asks Akash to pose as Sagar. Pooja is excited to meet him. Soon Akash realizes that Pooja is in love with the poet Sagar and he sets out to find out the real identity of Sagar. |
