| This offbeat romantic saga between two young protagonists showcases the various connotations of 'unexpressed' love against a college backdrop. Bhavna doesn't reciprocate the advances made by the sentimental Prem beacuse her mother has always warned her against the 'unfaithful attitude' of males. However, Prem continues to woo Bhavna despite obstacles created by villainous college mates like Sagar. Unable to change an obstanate Bhavna's mindset, a morose Prem becomes sick. His friend Raju pleads with him to forsake his love but Prem is obsessed with his ladylove. An impassioned plea by Rangilaraj,the friend and guide of the students, makes Bhavna turn over a new leaf. She wears the res saree the Prem wanted her to; and goes to meet him. She apologises and declares her love but destiny has some other thing in store for the young lovers.
