Episode 1:
Narada begins narrating the origins of the chant "Om" to the gods. And thus begins the story of Vishwarath, who wages war to expand his kingdom and comes to stay the near the ashram of sage Vashista
Episode 2:
When there is a faminie, Viswarath decides to get Sage Vashista's holy cow nadini to cook for his people. Byt when attempts to get her failm he chants "om" and gets blessed with all the celestial weapons and challenges vashista.
Episode 3:
When all his fforts to overpower Vashista fail, Viswarath vows to become a Shatriya brahma sage. Meanwhile whe Harshchandra's son Satyawrat tries to bribe Vashista's son Shakti, the latter curses him and makes him into a Trishanhu (rolling stone).
Episode 4:
Viswarath's concentration forces the gods to create mother "Gayatri" who grants him thename Vishwamitra. The newfound sage promises to help trishanku to go to heaven whit his body. But when the gods refuse to help him, he turns to his mother Gayatri. |
