Raja Bhaiya is story of a small town boy called Raja, who under the influence of a 'Brahmachari' sadhu has taken the vow, never to marry. Life runs smoothly until his mother meets a girl who was about to die in a train accident. She saves her and brings her home. Raja opposes her entry, but the mother refuses to throw her out, because she has no family to go back to as she does not remember anything about herself. In addition, she appears mentally unbalanced.

So his mother decides that she will stay at home. Raja now tries to do all things possible to drive her away from the house, but he fails all the time. The more he fails, the more desperate he becomes to get rid of her. The more he desperate he is, the more closer she comes to Raja, to the extent of Raja's mother deciding to get them married. Raja opposes. Raja shouts. Raja threatens to run away from home. But nothing is heard. And they get married. On the night of the wedding, there is a fire in the house, and that mad girl without having any fear of the fire saves Raja's mother and Raja really falls in love, and starts taking care of her. The affection and love from Raja really helps Aarti to find her mental balance, but she still not able to remember who she is. But her Uncle & Aunt manage to track her down and in the absence of Raja they take her away from Raja's house.

Now Raja comes to city to find her. But her Uncle & Aunt do not allow him to meet her. But who can stop Raja. He disguises himself as the Doctor of mentally ill patients after misguiding the real Doctor.

Raja enters their house as Bengali doctor of mentally ill patients, and creates a ruckus in their house. He sees to that everyone in that house becomes mad and sent to mental hospital. But the family member finds the truth and they attack Raja. In the fight Aarti gets heart attack and is admitted to hospital. Raja prays for her well-being. She comes back to senses. Now she remembers everything but the small town episode where she had met Raja and got married.

Now Raja is in dilemma, where he has to make remember Aarti her past and his love for her.

Does Raja succeed?

The answer to this question will be found when you watch this dhamaka entertainer from Govinda ...
