Aeklavya Tomer is an actor, writer and director from Mumbai. He did his theatre and dramatic arts at Zakir Hussain College and done B.Com from The University of Delhi. He has worked as an assistant director in 'Saab Chai Paani? ' He was also as an associate dialogue writer in 'Jhansi Ki Raani' (2008-2010) and 'Aapki Antra,' a zee TV series and assistant director in the film 'The Stoneman Murders,' released in 2009. Aeklavya is the writer of the popular films, Yesterday, Pradhaan Jee & Tatsam.
Tomer had also worked as an assistant director to the popular director cum cinematographer, Ashok Mehta. He also worked as an assistant director to Manish Gupta, popular for Sarkar & Section 375, as a writer. The multi-talented personality has also played in the hit serials Crime Patrol and Savdhaan India. Kaun, a web series, had also showcased him as an actor. Aeklavya had also appeared in Flipkart videos. He will be seen next in The Big Bull with Abhishek Bachchan, directed by Kookie Gulati and produced by Ajay Devgan. He also has Dhamaka helmed by Ram Madhvani, "Bishwa" produced by Neela Madhab Panda and directed by Anuj Tyagi, "Gangubai" directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali & Kathal directed by Yashowardhan Mishra on his hands for release. Besides this, Aeklavya has the following projects, "Akhaada" made by Sohit K Sarkar; Afeem, a short film helmed by Aman Sachdeva, The Voice, penned by Nisthul KS and Affairwala Love directed and bankrolled by SumitSharma. He also turned as a producer with a short film, Blue Quarantine. Besides producing it under his banner, SH Entertainment and ATF, he has penned, directed, cinematographed and edited the short film.
