Vivah has a wonderful story. It is question of whether we can truly love someone for what lies beneath the skin. The irony is that Bollywood's obssession with beauty is so great that it is sometimes hard to suppress my laughter when a beautiful woman, with no apparent physical flaws (that you can see), cries about how horrid her body is. Not Shahid's best, but a good one from his early career. |

The movie was absolutely beautiful. The ending of the movie brings everything together making this movie one of the most precious storylines I've seen all year! I was afraid that it would not live up to the hype but truly, it was a heart-warming film. |

Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao has done good job.Amrita Rao has done her role very cleverly.
Sooraj Brajatya’s direction is absolutely fantastic. He took the subject of 19th century or perhaps early 20th century but he has come out to be a winner.Secondly, the pace of the film is slow. He has created the film on his own visualities but because film has strong indian sentiments and strong emotions this film will appeal and ultimately turn out to be hit. |
