Raj is the spoilt son of Mumbai based millionaire Vikram Malhotra. Raj is a young guy who likes to live a life to the fullest, afraid that her son may be falling into bad company Raj's mother gets him engaged to Simran. Simran is the daughter of rich NRI & she studies in Dubai. Simran too is naughty by nature and believes in enjoying life and having fun.
Simran meets Sameer who is a musician from Mumbai who comes to Dubai with the troupe to perform at various clubs of Dubai.
Simran is totally taken by Sameer's charming character and innocence and falls in love with him. Raj on the other hand meets Asha who gives tution to Raj's kid sisterSonie. Raj is totally mesmerized by the simplicity and innocence of Asha and feel that she is the only right girl for him. A quadrangle love story evolves among the four main artist of the film and a very interesting climax develops when the parents get involved. the film is a light fun misical entertainer with loads of inherent comedy situation. |

| Until now, the movies have been made on love triangle. However Deepak Ramsay came up with the new concept of a love square, revolving around four characters - Raj (Priyanshu Chatterjee), Simran (Diya Mirza), Sameer (Rakesh Bapat) and Asha (Neha). The masala script has been made from Hollywood movie "My Best Friend's Wedding", where Diya Mirza mimics Julia Roberts, who realizes on the eve of her best friend's wedding that she loves him more than her life. The other scenes can be mapped to other Bollywood flicks like "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai", "Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge", "Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam" and "Devdas". |

| The movie tells the story of two mismatched couples who believe that they are not in love with the partner they are engaged with.Priyanshu Chatterji tries hard to look comfortable in the role he plays, but only outwardly. He sounds superficial in his dialogue delivery. Dia Mirza is much better in expressing emotions of her character. Rakesh Bapat has immature looks and is oddly cast in a role that required a skilled performer. Neha exudes natural warmth and suits her character quite well. |
