An Elaan for action fans! 3 Star EssBee

Mithun Chakraborty makes a comeback with this film and does a fine job. In the first half, he has done better job and disappointed the audience in the second half in which he deteriorates and stops looking like a very dangerous and a deadly don. His introduction as "Baba Sikander" and his scenes in the initial sequence makes for an interesting watch. Needless to say that Mithun has made a good comeback, from those c class films with his annoying performance.

Rahul Khanna gives a brilliant performance and looks energetic with his dashing personality. He has got some good talent and he has got himself into this movie.

John has highly disappointed by copying Sanjay Dutt in the role of a Mumbai tapori. However, in this effort he has added an extra bit of comedy in the movie.

Arjun Rampal, as ex-cop, has justified his role. However, the movie would have been better if was kept alive in the last part of the movie. Most probably, the producer wasn't able to get another actress onboard to get Arjun an life-companion.

Lara Dutta, as an exposing actress, has done what any other newcomers like Bipasha Basu have done - dance, expose with a touch of romance. There is not much need to mention her performance.

Amisha Patel has repeated her terrible performance in "Vaada" with slight improvement. She must join some good acting school rather giving half-baked performance with no dialogue delivery. The movie could have gone well without that character and you would wonder about the significance of her role in the movie.

Some of the noting aspects of the movie are the empty streets of Venice. During the entire chasing and shooting sequence, there is not a single person been shown on the streets, perhaps everyone in this city was asked to stay indoors, else the dangerous don would kill them too!! The climax is too trivial. It wasn’t convincing how this powerful deadly don could be easily caught, after his 15-20 gunmen got killed.

The story line of the movie is a bit weak. Cinematography is one of the best seen in the recent times with first-rate special effects & sound effects, which gives the film an interesting look. The music is average with mostly un-necessary songs.

International Looks 4 Star Rohit Sen

Well not a bad movie. Action sequences were excellent and the stunt. All the actors in this movie acted very well but mithun was'nt that good. Nice locations and thrills made this movie watchable.

bond style 3 Star ab

ok. for an action movie. Chases and fight scenes are like a bond or Vin Diesel movie. Mithun wasn't that scary. Special effects are getting better in Bollywood.
