Jaisingh Rana (Ashutosh Rana), is a trigger happy cop, who kills people for fun, burns down villages not caring about anyone and does it as the most natural thing for him. He wants to emulate the figure of General Dyer.
Badal (Bobby Deol) is rendered orphan by him and is subsequently nurtured by Mantaveer (Ashish Vidyarthi). Badal grows up to be a terrorist with a sole mission of avenging the brutal murder of his family by executing Jaisingh. Badal comes to a village called Sundernagar. Here Soni (Rani Mukherjee), falls head over heels for Badal and tries every antic in the book to woo him.
ACP Ranjeet Singh (Amrish Puri), takes a liking for him and brings him over to his place and Badal becomes a part of the family. DIG Jaisingh Rana is in Sundernagar for the protection of Satyaprakash, a rare Gandhian politician.
Will Badal be able to avenge his parents' murder? How will ACP Ranjeet Singh and his family react, when they discover Badal's real identity? |
