A gardener's son (Suniel Shetty) inherits a windfall of Rs 4 billion! His lawyer (Shekhar Suman) commits a blunder by accidentally inserting a term in the will according to which Suniel must prove himself to be the biggest don of the city.
Thus begins a chronicle of mishaps wherein the two attempt to achieve their goal. An ambitious police officer (Raveena Tandon) turns out to be Suniel Shetty's new neighbour. She wants to catch the biggest don in the city and he wants to become the biggest don in the city.
After their initial scuffle, they both team up to help each other. She will get him an entry into the criminal world and he must help her by providing information about the underworld to enable her to put them behind bars. They also come to an agreement that their relationship will be purely professional with no romance coming in between. This goes well with Shekhar Suman as he falls in love with Raveena. But in the process Raveena starts getting attracted to Suniel.
Now Raveena gets a clue that takes her to the biggest don of city, Jindal who plans to kidnap a very famous nuclear scientist, Krishnamurthy. Tracy (Isha Koppikar) is also involved in this kidnap. Now Suniel gets attracted to Tracy who makes use of him to successfully kidnap the scientist. However Suniel ends up kidnapping Jindal assuming him to be the scientist.
The climax comes in at a hotel with several look-alikes of the scientist adding to the confusion. Isha and Shekhar Suman discover they love each other subsequently and so do Raveena and Suniel.
The boys succeed in getting their girls and also their 4 billion rupees. |

Suniel Shetty tries hard to act. Shekhar Suman is lively, coming up with one-liners effortlessly. The gifted actor needs to do more films! Raveena Tandon is effectual in a few scenes, but mechanical otherwise. Isha Koppikar lacks the power to carry off the role. Gulshan Grover is most efficient. Sadashiv Amrapurkar does his part quite well, while Shakti Kapoor is wasted in an insignificant role. In short movie is worth to watch one time atleast. |

It is a little on the silly side, but very hilarious. I liked Shekar's role and play a lot. Good movie that can be watched with family, just fast forward the songs/dances. |

Raveena Tandon is a bumbling police officer and her ambition is to catch the biggest don in the city, to prove herself to be a worthy daughter of her illustrious father. Suniel Shetty turns out to be her new neighbor! He wants to become a don and she wants to catch a don! After their initial skirmishes, they both team up to help each other-she will get him an entry into the criminal world and he must help her by providing information of the underworld to enable her to put hem behind the bars. They also make a pact that their relationship will be purely professional with no place for romance whatsoever.
In this frenzied comedy of errors, Isha and Shekhar Suman discover they love each other and so also Raveena and Suniel.
Gulshan Grover is most efficient. Sadashiv Amrapurkar does his part quite well, while Shakti Kapoor is wasted in an insignificant role. |
