| A small town boy comes to the big bad city of Mumbai, with hope, excitement and just a friend to spare. Soon the friendship turns into love and the 2 get hooked. But staying in the city comes with its own set of hardships. Dev needed to survive and quick. He takes up the odd job of managing a local public toilet. He soon befriends a regular gangster, a crack head and even a vendor next door. Dev is unique as his roots haven't left him yet. He is sweet to everyone and sometimes goes out of his way to just be a friend. His different attitude usually makes him stand out and a local journalist does a small video piece on him. Much to everyone's surprise, the video goes viral, but unfortunately for all the wrong reasons. But Dev, enjoys all the attention. One by one the truth begins to unfold, even about his own friends. Each one has a role to play and survive in this monstrous city.
