It tells the story of Puneet [Ajay Devgan] and Munmun [Konkona], a married couple living in Mumbai. Their lives take an interesting turn when a distant relative, Chachaji [Paresh Rawal], turns up unannounced at their doorstep from a far-off village. The guest overstays his welcome, so much so that the exasperated couple come up with various ploys to hasten his departure. ATITHI TUM KAB JAOGE? is a light-hearted entertainer that tickles your funny bone at several points. The best part is, you not only laugh at the funny one-liners, but also at situations, which are so life-like and which makes you connect with them instantly. |

Light entertainment: good for a cold, dark winter afternoon as a cheer-up. Performances are fine. |

On the lines of hrishikesh Mukherjee movies |

This movie is entirely performance based. The first 45 minutes are slow and then the story moves forward. The director is inspired by kisi se na kehna, chupke chupke but not entirely in the league of Hrishikesh Mukherjee. No one can come close to those classics. Its a light comedy on the lines of Amol Palekar movies. |

It is a simple movie .belongs to genre of Hrishikesh mukherji or basu chateerji kind of movies. But not as good as their movies. Idea was good , it has some nice , comic moemnts but it drags sometime. |
