| Two Delhi university hostellers, Apurva and Sanjay are friends. Apurva is a rich, cosmopolitan guy while Sanjay is an old-fashioned Bihari. Sanjay is an ambitious and focused student-politician who is steadfastly pursuing his political goals. On the other hand, Apurva’s life is directionless. With the abundance of time and money in hand, he searches for meaning in life through amorous escapades with various girls. Among his conquests is Kintu. Apurva also has a favourite prostitute, Vaishali, whom he visits almost every night. On the other hand, Sanjay believes in love and commitment. Even as he is contesting the college elections, he tried to give his all to a budding romance between him and Prerna. |
