- Launch Internet Explorer.
- Click on the "Tools" menu option on the Menu Bar.
- Select "Internet Options"
- Click on the "Privacy" tab.
- Click the "Advanced" button.
- Select the "Override automatic cookie handling" checkbox.
- First-party Cookies should be set to "Accept"
- Third-party Cookies should be set to "Accept"
- Select the "Always allow session cookies" checkbox.
This is what the settings should look like.
- Click "Ok"
- Click "Ok" to close Internet Options.
- Close Browser.
- Restart Browser.

- Launch Internet Explorer.
- Click on the "Tools" menu option on the Menu Bar.
- Select "Internet Options"
- Locate the Security tab and left click.
- Click on Custom Level.
- Scroll down to the Cookies area and insure that ENABLE is highlighted in both options.
- Click "Ok" to close Internet Options.
- Close Browser.
- Restart Browser.

- Click Edit in the browser tool bar
- Click Preferences
- click the arrow next to the Privacy & Security section.
- Click on the word Cookies in the menu that appears.
- Make sure the radio button Enable all Cookies is highlighted.
- Click Ok.
- Close Browser.
- Restart Browser.

- Click Edit in the browser tool bar
- Click Preferences
- Click on "Privacy and Security"
- Click on "Enable all cookies"
- Click on "Advanced."
- Click on "Clear Memory Cache" and "Clear Disk Cache"
- Below the "Clear Disk Cache" button, make sure that the: "Compare the page in the cache to the page on the network," is highlighted on, "Every time I view the page"
- Close Browser.
- Restart Browser.
